Mariah + Timmy's Backyard Wedding.

Bend, Oregon.

This wedding was a dream to photograph.  Mariah and Timmy got married in her parents backyard overlooking the stunning Tetherow golf course in Bend.  They kept their wedding simple with a small guest list and wedding party, and chose to incorporate things in their wedding that felt very intentional and meaningful to them- a first look, a live band, an open bar, and the list could go on.  They setup a small ceremony and reception space in the backyard, and had dinner, wine, and toasts as the sun went down.  I don't often see a live band at weddings, but photographing this part of the night was probably my favorite.  And to top it all off, they were sent off with this vibrant sky just after sunset.  I had to steal them away for a quick second to grab some portraits!
